DOL Overtime Rule and Nonprofits

The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) just released its final regulations increasing the salary threshold for overtime pay under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). The new rule means that employees with salaries below $58,656 per year will no longer be exempt from FLSA's overtime pay requirements, starting in 2025. During this webinar, the Center will provide an overview of FLSA, the final overtime rule, and compliance options for nonprofits. We will also answer your questions about the new rule and ways your nonprofit can prepare for the higher salary threshold.
