Training Specialist for Evidence-Based Treatment (EBT) Training

Work Performed:
Develop and maintain a project management system (e.g., schedules, task lists).
Collaborate with Outreach and Recruitment Manager to develop model specific recruitment plan, to include:
 Identifying target areas and agencies for recruitment,
 Creating marketing materials and handouts for learning collaboratives,
 Developing training opportunity content for program website.
Oversee the application process for learning collaboratives including:
 Distributing announcement of new applications,

Evaluation Specialist for Evidence-Based Treatment (EBT) Training

Evaluation Specialist Responsibilities:
Manage data and outcomes for EBT learning collaboratives.
 Manage continuous quality improvement (CQI) process including:
 Setting up data systems for each cohort of trainees.
 Tracking trainee submission of session and assessment data.
 Compiling weekly trainee data.
 Overseeing weekly team review and discussion of agency and trainee performance.
 Developing and disseminating agency performance reports (metrics).

Implementation Advisor for Evidence Based Treatments

As an Implementation Advisor specializing in Evidence-Based Model Implementation, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the effective integration of evidence-based models into agencies and practices serving Medicaid and Medicaid-eligible children, caregivers, and families. You will work closely with stakeholders, including mental health agencies, healthcare providers, community organizations, and professionals, to ensure the successful implementation and sustained delivery of evidence-based interventions.

Data Evaluation and CQI Advisor

Overview of the position:
The Data Evaluation and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Advisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of NC CTP research initiatives, continuous quality improvement processes, and quality management systems within NC CTP. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of research methodologies, CQI principles, and quality data management practices.

Front Desk Receptionist

North Raleigh Ministries’ mission to equip families and individuals in crisis with the resources and skills they need to achieve stability is carried out through a variety of programming at our Crisis and Development Center. Programming focuses on the core areas of Food Support, Coaching, and Pastoral Care. Attorney - Education

DRNC has an immediate opening for a full-time staff attorney on the Education Team. The Education Team
advocates to significantly improve outcomes for students with disabilities in schools. In doing so, the
Education Team works to dismantle the school-to-prison pipeline in North Carolina, including for students
of color with disabilities. The Education Team strives to advocate at the nexus of disability justice and racial
justice.
