Then, hello, and welcome to The Hope Center at Pullen! We need you as our new Donor Relations and Administrative Coordinator.
Working closely with the Executive Director and the Director of Development and Communications, the Donor Relations and Administrative Coordinator will assist in preparing grant proposals and coordinating external communications. This person will manage donor data, produce reports and handle correspondence. They will also provide event assistance. The Donor Relations and Administrative Coordinator will organize administrative procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Responsibilities include developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, and development assistance.
We are looking for an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats, and is experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks. Able to work independently with minimal supervision is a must. The ideal candidate is well organized, flexible, and enjoys the challenge of supporting an office of diverse people.

The salary will range from $42,000-$46,000, commensurate with experience.
- Flexible work schedule, with occasional evening and weekend hours
- Occasionally work can be done from home. Being physically present for meetings and donor appointments is required.
- Health Care: HCP pays 100% of employee premiums and 50% of eligible dependent premiums for silver level health care plan
- Dental and Vision Benefits: HCP pays 80% of employee premiums and 50% of dependent premiums
- Retirement Plan: After one-year employees begin accruing an additional 2% of salary in an IRA account that employees can choose to contribute to pre-tax
- Over 5 weeks of PTO/Holiday Time the first year, with increases in PTO each year
