From urban centers to rural communities, PAC serves thousands—offering connection, resources, and hope. The organization is currently well-funded and poised for growth, with a committed Board and dedicated staff eager to expand programming, increase geographic reach, and deepen relationships with donors and community partners.
The organization is led by a Board of Directors of four and a staff of three. The budget is nearly $500k with the income coming from 40% individuals, 35% events, 18% corporate sponsorship, 3% grants, and 4% endowment.

Key Responsibilities
Nonprofit Management and Strategic Leadership
- Provide visionary and hands-on leadership across all facets of nonprofit operations, including program delivery, staff management, financials, compliance, human resources, and strategic planning—ensuring PAC runs efficiently, aligns with its mission, and is positioned for sustainable growth.
- Lead the execution of a clear and compelling strategic vision that centers on growth, trust-building, and operational excellence.
- Serve as the face of PAC in the community, representing the organization with confidence, integrity, and empathy.
Board and Staff Leadership
- Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with the Board, including recruiting and onboarding new members to build an engaged and effective governance body.
- Inspire and align the Board, staff, volunteers, and community stakeholders behind a shared vision for the future.
- Support staff through coaching, mentorship, and team building—fostering a positive, accountable, and mission-driven work culture.
- Define clear expectations, roles, and processes to ensure operational excellence and strong communication.
Fundraising and Donor Engagement
- Invigorate donor relationships through thoughtful stewardship, transparent communication, and a culture of gratitude.
- Partner with the Development & Major Gift Director to diversify and expand revenue streams with a focus on major gifts, fundraising, sponsorships, and individual giving.
- Collaborate with the Development & Major Gift Director and the Board to implement a 3-year fundraising plan to significantly grow financial support and sustainability.
Program and Operational Oversight
- In collaboration with the Program Director, ensure high-quality program delivery and ongoing improvement across all service offerings, with a focus on expanding access.
- Promote consistency in internal systems, fiscal responsibility, and compliance.
- Enhance volunteer management and community partnerships to amplify impact.
Key Attributes and Qualifications
We seek a leader who is both strategic and relational—someone who leads with heart and delivers with results. The ideal candidate will bring:
- Passion for PAC’s mission and a desire to make a tangible difference in the lives of people with Parkinson’s.
- Nonprofit executive leadership experience, ideally including organizational transformation.
- Proven fundraising ability, especially with major donors and sponsorships.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire and engage stakeholders.
- Empathy and active listening, balanced with the ability to hold people accountable and drive impact.
- Experience building and coaching teams, with a track record of staff development and culture building.
- Strong board relations experience, including recruiting, engaging, and partnering with a Board of Directors.
- Financial acumen and operational management experience.

Salary is commensurate with the requirements of the position with a range of $100,000 to $110,000. Benefits include 70% coverage of employee-only medical insurance; 15 PTO days; 10 holidays; and SEP Retirement Distribution equal to 5% of employee's gross annual salary. Must work a full year before being eligible to participate in the SEP distribution. PAC has a hybrid office environment of two remote days per week.
