North Raleigh Ministries’ mission to equip families and individuals in crisis with the resources and skills they need to achieve stability is carried out through a variety of programming at our Crisis and Development Center. Programming focuses on the core areas of Food Support, Coaching, and Pastoral Care. With our move to a new campus, the Crisis and Development Center has identified an integral staffing role that will help us serve our community well - the Front Desk Receptionist.

The Front Desk Receptionist assists with a variety of customer service, clerical, and administrative duties such as greeting clients, assessing need/routing clients, answering phones, managing email, and calendaring. Given the visibility and client focus of the position, it is essential that the individual maintain a kind, open, welcoming, and professional posture at all times. The position requires the ability to speak Spanish fluently to best serve our diverse clients.

Salary and Benefits
This is a full time position of 32-40 hours a week and will offer full benefits - paid time off, sick leave, medical, retirement.
