Since 2003, Kramden has been a leader in computer refurbishing, technology education, and device distribution to K-12 students, low income adults, and other non-profits.  This non-profit has distributed 58,000 devices and educated 14,000 people throughout North Carolina.  The Operations Manager (OM) is responsible for Kramden’s equipment donation program. This includes scheduling pick-ups, inventory, assessment of donations, and directing surplus technology to various streams: programs (distribution to customers) or revenue stream (secondary sales via eBay, other refurbishers, or recyclers). The OM supervises four staff (plus oversees volunteer shifts), plans with other managers and directors, and interfaces with external parties, namely business and individual donors and other suppliers. A successful OM has experience in operations and a mindset for safety, efficiency, problem-solving, and accuracy. This position is in-person.

Salary and Benefits
  • Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 depending on qualifications and experience, paid on a monthly basis.
  • Bonus: Annual bonus opportunity based on performance and fiscal health of Kramden
