Rebekah Beck, Education Services Manager

Education Services Manager
Rebekah assists in the development of and coordinates the Center's educational programming, and supports the recruitment of new Members of the Center.  A northern Virginia native, she holds a BA in elementary education and psychology from Monmouth University and an MSW from Virgina Commonwealth University. In her free time, she enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, live music, cycling, traveling, and spending time outdoors.
Brittany Brown

Member Development Assistant
Brittany began serving as the membership development assistant at the Center in 2021. Since 2016, she has worked for different nonprofit organizations, including completing a Z. Smith Reynolds internship and AmeriCorps service term. After studying public policy at UNC-Chapel Hill, she developed a passion for advocacy and community work, including serving on various boards and committees for local social justice organizations and working on political campaigns. She lives in Alamance County with her partner and three children.

Nonprofit Services Assistant
Leslie joined the Center staff full-time in 2021. Previously, she served as a Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation intern with the Center and assisted in developing and implementing an educational and capacity building program in nonprofit management. She graduated from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill with a degree in public policy and global studies. She enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors.

Events Manager
Sarah manages the logistical planning and execution of the Center's conference, Nonprofit Policy Conversations, and other in-person and virtual events. A south-central Virginia native, she holds a BA in political science from the University of South Carolina and received her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation in January 2022. In her free time, Sarah enjoys group exercise classes, tackling her extensive bucket lists (all 50 states, all 63 National Parks, and all 30 MLB stadiums), and cheering on her beloved South Carolina Gamecocks.

Executive Assistant & Board Liaison
Tamika joined the Center in February 2020 and provides administrative support to the Center's president and CEO and the senior leadership team. Prior to the Center, she worked in various administrative, bookkeeping, and support roles in a variety of fields. A Connecticut native, Tamika spends her free time traveling, couponing, and being a sports mom to her three daughters.

Accounting and Office Coordinator
Jen manages the day to day accounting needs of the Center and assists the CFO with budget and audit related tasks. She earned her BA in psychology from UNC-Chapel Hill, and spent time raising her children and working in the Fair Trade industry before joining the Center staff in 2018. In her free time, Jen enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, and going to sporting events.

Marketing & Communications Manager
Caroline coordinates and manages the marketing and communications for the Center's programs and initiatives. She has been with the Center since 2008 in an evolution of roles from administrative support to her current position. Previously, she worked with the City of Chesterfield (MO), Three Rivers Young Peoples Orchestras (PA), and the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review. She earned a BA in creative writing and communications from the University of Pittsburgh. Caroline enjoys having the mountains in one direction and the beach in the other.

Sustainability Director
Kim assists in the sustainability of the Center's operations by leading the effort to raise funds in support of the organization's mission. A Louisiana native, she holds a BA in mass communications from University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She has spent the last 25 years working for and volunteering in the nonprofit human services and cultural arenas. In her free time, Kim cooks, listens to music, sings from balconies, attends music festivals, and spends time with her family. She is the eldest of six children and proudly boasts of having 45 first cousins.
Paul Tronnier

Technology Director
Paul manages the Center's technology resources. He has 25+ years of IT solutions, strategy, and leadership experience, and prides himself on maximizing return on investment, accountability, and forward-thinking solutions. Prior to joining the Center in 2021, he founded Chief Web Officer for Hire and worked with a number of national nonprofits in optimizing their processes and services. Paul has a BS in business, marketing, and computer science from the University of Wisconsin. He enjoys family, adventure travel, sailing, hiking, SCUBA diving, and volunteering.
Asia Washington

Membership Director
Asia is a native New Yorker hailing from the Bronx. A graduate of UNC-Greensboro, she stayed in North Carolina to start her career. She has served in the nonprofit sector for over 12 years, largely in membership development roles. She joins the Center as its Membership Director in 2022. During her free time, Asia spends time with friends and family, shopping, running, and coaching AAU Track and Field.
