Finance and Billing Director

CVH is looking for a Finance and Billing Director (full-time)Responsible for providing the day-to-day management and supervision of CVH’s finance department and general oversite of the billing department. Manages the financial resources of CVH to ensure CVH complies with all service contracts including MCO, Medicaid, Medicare, etc. Responsible for developing agency financial statements, monthly balance sheets and other reports, and annual budget for departments and the board of directors.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide constructive and effective supervision for staff as assigned.
• Respects and preserves the privacy, confidentiality, and security of all confidential information.
• Always promotes, protects, and advocates for the rights and diversity of persons served, and continually protects persons served from abuse, neglect,
• and exploitation.
• Other duties as assigned or appointed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Masters degree and or equivalent experience in accounting or business.
• At least (5) years experience in financial management, including financial management software.
• At least (5) years supervisory/management experience
• Knowledge/skill in the use of computer hardware/software, e.g., Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint), web research, etc.
