Big Self School helps leaders and teams identify the unconscious patterns that are holding their organizations back from achieving their biggest impact. We combine Enneagram-based development, conscious leadership, and systemic change management—because dysfunction isn't about one person or process, it's the entire emotional system. We help leaders develop self-differentiation: staying grounded in values while connected to teams, managing reactivity instead of absorbing organizational anxiety, and leading with clarity under pressure. Emma AI powers our work—providing precise growth paths, pinpointing exactly what to work on now based on your goals and subtype, plus ongoing coaching so transformation sticks. The result? Leaders who manage their emotional state instead of being managed by anxiety. Teams with psychological safety and genuine collaboration. Cultures where emotional intelligence drives performance. Bottom lines reflecting what happens when energy goes to mission, not drama. Healthy leaders build healthy teams. Healthy teams create thriving cultures. Thriving cultures deliver sustainable impact and stronger outcomes.
