You'll work closely with older adult volunteers, matching their skills and passions with impactful volunteer opportunities at local nonprofits.
Key responsibilities include:
- Recruiting and supporting older adult volunteers
- Building and maintaining relationships with community partners
- Ensuring compliance with federal guidelines and program metrics
- Coordinating volunteer activities, recognition, and training
- Managing program budgets and reporting
- Overseeing program marketing and community outreach
