The Wrightsville Beach Museum seeks to tell the story of Wrightsville Beach through the years and across a wide range of experiences. The museum is housed in a historic cottage filled with exhibits featuring the working people of the beach and the community that they built. The museum also hosts the Wrightsville Beach Waterman's Hall of Fame.

Ursus Music is committed to producing, performing, and recording the music of minority composers, including women, Black or other non-Caucasian, Latinx, and LGBTQ+ artists by using the exceptional talents of world class musicians of minorities, when possible.

The Chapel of Rest Preservation Society was created in 1984 to preserve the historical integrity of the Chapel and to maintain the building and grounds. Open to the public daily during daylight hours, the Chapel of Rest is a place to pause, meditate, and enjoy an extended view of the beautiful Happy Valley.
