  • The Triangle Wind Ensemble is an adult wind ensemble based in North Carolina's Triangle region. Since 1999, many of the area's most talented wind and percussion players have joined together weekly to practice and perform an exciting range of music for audiences in both formal and informal settings. We aim to build community through music and to enrich the cultural lives of our musicians and audience members.

  • The Swannanoa Valley Museum preserves and interprets the social, cultural, and natural history of the Swannanoa Valley in western North Carolina. It fosters community education and enrichment for current and future generations through dynamic exhibitions, guided hikes, and special programs.

  • Our mission is to foster individual and community well-being, connection to agrarian lifeways, and care for the earth by sharing skills and providing experiential learning opportunities.
    By hosting and facilitating classes, workshops, skill shares, retreats, internships, and learning cohorts, we hope to hold space for a flourishing experiential education hub to grow.

  • The Struggle Bus Project was created to provide people with an outlet for expressing their struggles, acknowledging their hopes and reflecting on not only who they are but who they aspire to be. Our focus is to be a sounding board to empathize, encourage and to evolve with each other simply through open expression of our thoughts and feelings.

  • The mission of the Altapass Foundation, Inc is to Preserve the history, heritage and culture of the Southern region of the Blue Ridge Mountains; Protect the Orchard land with its apples, wetlands, butterflies and other natural features; and Participate with the public in a unique regional experience.

  • Our mission is to strengthen our local community by using the performing arts to uplift and unite our neighbors and inspire new ways of looking at the world. As a teaching theater, we educate young and potential theater professionals and provide a gathering space for our community as a whole. We aim to inspire, educate, and entertain in all that we do.

    catalyze the magic that only these connections
