  • To help residents of Fuquay-Varina and Willow Spring, North Carolina with emergency financial relief and resource referrals.

  • Life Plan Trust is a private, non-profit corporation that provides future planning services through financial management and advocacy for individuals with disabilities and their families. Life Plan Trust is also able to serve as trustee for funds received through personal injury suits or other lump sums belonging to the beneficiary.

  • To champion and sustain older or disabled adults.

  • To deliver comprehensive, quality residential and day services in a caring atmosphere for individuals with developmental challenges.

  • To improve and enrich the personal and professional lives of women and their families through education, support services, networking and community resources.

  • To promote a philosophy of independent living, including a philosophy of consumer control, peer support, self-help, self-determination, equal access, and individual and systems advocacy, in order to maximaize opportunities for individuals with disabilities and the integration and full inclusion of individuals with disabilities into the mainstream of society.
