Mission of The Seeds for Jubilee Foundation
The foundation sponsors initiatives to aid the human community in moving individually and collectively toward greater health and wholeness. In sympathy with the Ancient Hebrew aspirational concept of “Jubilee,” these efforts seek to restore balance where relationships, power and/or resources have become so one-sided as to interfere with human potential. They are inspired by that spirit of integrity and compassion Jesus of Nazareth embodied.
We extend our heartfelt support to the communities impacted by Hurricane Helene in western North Carolina. We'll continue to share resources for nonprofits and how to help.

To provide retreat and conference facilities and programs in Western North Carolina. Montreat Conference Center is located in beautiful Western North Carolina. We are a conference center, a retreat center, a place of worship, a wilderness preserve, and so much more. We hope you're able to come and renew your spirit as well as your mind during your stay here.
To equip families and individuals in crisis with the resources and skills they need to achieve stability.
To provide immediate assistance to members of our community who are experiencing crisis in the areas of food, shelter, or finances while engaging them in a series of actions that will empower them to move beyond crisis.
To provide a non-denominational supportive environment to encourage personal and planetary transformation through prayer.
To foster unity among the churches and to educate and mobilize churches for social and economic justice.
To weave feminism and spirituality into a vision of justice for the world by providing resources, workshops and retreats, and support for people of faith.
To provide emergency financial assistance for houlsing, utilities. We also provide food, clothes and household goods and operate a free medical clinic twice each month.
To help people of many faiths, races, and nationalities work together to solve the puzzle of diversity.
