2 years, 10 years, 20 years - we all experience the inevitable: transition.
Dive into nonprofit succession planning and the necessary practices for successful leadership transitions. This workshop will address the journey, succession as an opportunity, race, equity and generational shifts, as well as essentials such as transition policies and planning. Participants will leave with templates, toolkits, and resources to build greater sustainability for their organizations.
Organizations are encouraged to bring their executive director/CEO, a young emerging leader, and a board member. However, this training is critical for all executive leaders and open to all nonprofit staff and board.
