This session will explore change management theories, help you identify critical focus areas, and guide you in creating a Change Management Toolbox to plan for, manage, evaluate, and communicate change with confidence.
Participants will also have the opportunity to connect with peers, share experiences and bright spots, and gain tips for handling change when time is limited or uncertainty is high.
