The Center's annual conference hosts a Nonprofit Marketplace, featuring vendors that provide products and services to North Carolina's nonprofit sector. We are excited to continue to offer exhibiting and advertising at the 2025 Conference at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel on November 19 & 20, 2025.
The conference attracts 500+ nonprofit staff, board members, and volunteers representing all sizes, fields, and missions, as well as foundation trustees and staff, corporate giving officers, consultants, and vendors who work with nonprofits. This two-day professional development and networking event is the largest annual gathering of nonprofit leaders in the state.

Conference refunds, cancellations, changes and deadline: Cancellations must be received by email ( Kim Neustrom) prior to 11/3/25 and will be subject to a $500 processing fee for each registration due to the challenge of finding replacement sponsors close to the event date.
No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 11/10/25. Registration is not complete until payment is received. Any attendee changes will not be processed after 11/10/25.
The deadline to purchase an exhibit space is November 3, 2025 or until all available spaces are sold, whichever date occurs first.
** We anticipate having capacity for 30 exhibit spaces and once sold out, will create a waiting list should there be any cancellations. We are also exploring an additional overflow marketplace area with details TBD at a later date.
