Registered Nurse (RN) Care Coordinator – Williams Adult Day Center (WADC) 

 Position Type: Full-Time (Exempt) 

No Nights. No Weekends. No Major Holidays. No On-Call Shifts.

Senior Services, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Care Coordinator to lead the daily nursing and health care operations for our Williams Adult Day Center (WADC)—a vibrant, person-centered program serving older adults and individuals living with memory loss.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Oversee daily nursing and health care operations within the Williams Center
  • Supervise, coach, and evaluate health care staff, student interns, and volunteers
  • Lead staff training, continuing education, and onboarding
  • Complete and review participant assessments, develop and update individualized care plans
  • Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, first aid, and emergency response
  • Maintain accurate documentation, medication administration records (MARs), and compliance reports
  • Support participants and caregivers through education, resources, and communication
  • Serve as a key member of the Williams Center leadership team, collaborating on program initiatives 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Licensed RN in good standing with the North Carolina Board of Nursing
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification (must be maintained)
  • Two years of supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience working with older adults and individuals with memory loss required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organization, documentation, and attention to detail
  • Comfort with technology and electronic recordkeeping systems 

Physical Requirements: 

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, assist with transfers, and stand/walk throughout the day.
