We file form 990, 990 EZ, 990N, 5500, 1099/1096, 941s, 940s, W2/W3s, the NC charitable solicitation license, and all NC related unemployment forms and W2s. We will keep you informed of deadlines and work with your Organization to ensure your filings are timely and accurate.
We provide full service accounting, which includes: posting of transactions, accruals, bank reconciliations, functional expense allocations, restricted grant tracking, monthly financial statements, support with building budgets, payroll processing, loan tracking, fixed asset management, lease tracking, and audit readiness support.
