We believe that people are the most important elements of any business, and we teach leaders, managers, and bosses the practice of managing themselves and others with a human approach. We also mend team dynamics by listening to and learning from staff, surfacing undercurrents that are present but not yet seen or named. This is the essential work of moving people into right relationship.
We work in three main ways:
1) Being Human Management Training – In this course, you will build practical skills that transform your management style and fundamentally shift your perspective on what it means to manage others. Practice being fully human in the workplace which means leading with curiosity, vulnerability, humility, and a wild willingness to fail, practice, and learn. You may attend this training independently or with colleagues.
2) Management Coaching – Our approach to coaching meets managers where they are: in both their skill sets and team needs. We work with executives, founder-owners, non-profit leaders, senior directors, and middle managers in a variety of workplace cultures and settings. For those facing specific challenges, we troubleshoot employee interactions and offer transformative approaches. For those not experiencing management “problems” per se, this is the perfect support to keep growing.
3) Team Cultivating – We use our external perspective and relational facilitation to break through old patterns and build toward a new kind of teamwork. This looks and feels different for each team. It can mean transforming paradigms, mending and tending dynamics, building an employee-centered culture, or simply taking the next step together.
We’re really good at sniffing out what’s holding a team back from its best collective work. When we reflect those insights back to the team? They begin to grow. And that’s at the root of cultivation.
