Equitable Environments for Volunteers

HandsOn Northwest North Carolina developed this session based on extensive research to help organizations ensure that their volunteer programs are equity-infused and welcoming to all. The interactive session provides activities that allow participants to start putting the ideas included in their research into action within volunteer programs, including:

• Articulating the benefits of creating a culture of belonging within their program
