Director of Program Operations

The Family Place is seeking a Director of Program Operations to design, strengthen, and expand programs that support families across Transylvania County. This senior leadership role provides strategic direction, guides and develops program staff, ensures grant and reporting compliance, and collaborates closely with the Executive Director and Finance team to design and manage program budgets. The Director will support program quality and growth across both our Brevard and Rosman locations and serve as a key leader in advancing the mission and impact of The Family Place. This role is well-suited for an experienced nonprofit professional who enjoys a fast paced environment, values collaboration, staff development, and meaningful community engagement.
