For more than 30 years, Right Moves For Youth has supported students in grades 6–12 across Charlotte, helping them make the most of their education, relationships, and opportunities. Our programs, delivered in partnership with Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools and community stakeholders, have made a lasting difference in the lives of young people throughout our city.
As we look to the future, our Board is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Executive Director to build on this strong foundation and lead the organization into its next chapter of impact and sustainability. We are looking for a leader who brings both a deep commitment to youth development and the ability to strengthen fundraising, partnerships, and operational excellence.
