The Durham Crisis Response Center (DCRC), working with the community to end domestic, sexual and family violence and human trafficking through advocacy, education, support and prevention, seeks a compassionate leader, committed advocate, and creative problem solver to serve as its next Executive Director. An experienced professional with a collaborative focus and strong skills leading staff and working with a Board of Directors, the Executive Director will be responsible for the overall operations and administration of the programs and will represent the organization’s voice in the community, serving as a visionary partner, identifying and leveraging opportunities, and leading advocacy efforts internally and externally.
