The Fletcher Fellowship is a full-time, in-person, paid fellowship that is structured to fulfill the current interests of the organization while supporting the personal and professional development of the fellow. The Fletcher Fellow will work closely with staff, including the Second-Year Fellow, and partner organizations to support grant management, research, community engagement, and other organizational efforts. Successful candidates will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal; research experience; the ability to work on multiple tasks; a sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and agency; willingness to work well with team members; and respect for diverse communities and leadership.
This fellowship is a 24-month position (starting Fall 2026), open to graduates of a North Carolina-accredited university or college, and is based in Raleigh, NC.
