Position Overview
Henderson County & Thermal Belt Habitat for Humanity (HCTBH) seeks a mission-driven, strategically disciplined President & CEO to lead the organization into its next chapter of sustainable growth, community impact, and operational excellence.
This leader will steward the mission of HCTBH by aligning strategy, fundraising, governance, and culture in service of affordable homeownership and community stability.
This is a leadership role requiring both heart and rigor.
The Opportunity
The next President & CEO will:
- Translate clear strategic direction.
- Oversees the Vice President of Programs to ensure effective strategy implementation.
- Strengthen fundraising capacity and revenue diversification.
- Partner closely with the HCTBH Board of Directors to ensure strong governance alignment.
- Guide and direct the Chief Financial Officer to ensure sound financial practices.
- Lead and model staff and volunteer culture in alignment with mission and core values of Habitat for Humanity.
- Serve as chief community ambassador.
