Youth Services Director

The Youth Services Director (YSD) directs the overall operations and supervision of our Transitional Living Campus and Community services. The YSD is responsible for accreditation, regulatory, and licensing compliance for programs, staffing, and clients. The YSD ensures maximum census fulfillment for programs to ensure revenue sustainability. The YSD reports to the CEO.

The position requires some weekend and evening work.

Education, Experience and Credentialing Requirements 
Master's degree in a disciple specific to the program from an appropriately accredited institution and four years of experience in the area of assignment, including two years in a supervisory or capacity; or Bachelor's degree in a discipline specific to the program from an appropriately accredited institution and six years of experience in the area of assignment, including two years in a supervisory capacity.     

Knowledge of Medicaid Community Based Services and Billing is preferred.

Qualified Professional Credential 

Requirements

• Possess a valid North Carolina driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Dependable character and personal qualities as verified through interviews and reference checks, including law enforcement authorities. 
• Requires moderate physical activity at times.
• Maintain CPR/First Aid Certification
• Fingerprinting-based check
• Biennially complete and meet agency and regulatory rules for the following: criminal background check, responsible individual list, sex offender list, NC health and personnel registry, and physical.
• Requires 24 contact hours of training for staff development per calendar year.
