The mission of the Durham CARES Mentoring Movement is to build a strong pipeline of future leaders by preparing middle and high school students for college and careers. Through mentorship with college students, we provide guidance, career exploration opportunities, and job readiness experiences that help youth develop the skills, resilience, and confidence needed to thrive in the workforce and achieve lifelong success.
