National Emergency Child Care Network (NECCN) is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit that provides immediate child care services to families who are experiencing a disaster or crisis. Founded in 2024, NECCN’s mission is to ensure every family has equal opportunity to access and utilize free emergency child care during hardship. Every year, families find themselves in the difficult position of dealing with natural disasters (droughts, tornadoes, hurricanes), or a crisis (job loss, home fires, vehicle accident, medical crisis). NECCN provides immediate relief and respite to families in hardship throughout North Carolina.
