Nazareth Child & Family Connection is committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for every child, individual and family. We have been serving the community since 1906 through various programs such as residential group care, day treatment, foster care, mental health and substance use counseling. We are a certified trauma informed agency and are COA accredited. It is our mission to provide the highest quality of services with a commitment to excellence while empowering youth and families in developing solutions that ensure successful outcomes.
