The Pisgah Health Foundation receives and administers charitable contributions with a mission to purposefully, creatively, and collaboratively enhance the health and well-being of our communities by addressing local health and wellness inequities through strategic and meaningful partnerships. The organization awards moderate level grants to pertinent non-profit organizations designed to improve the social determinants of health in western North Carolina. Additionally, they launched a community-based health and wellness program in Transylvania County.
