She Dreams In Color Foundation raises money to provide free and significantly reduced cost mental health therapy services to marginalized women. Our Find Therapy database connects people with free and reduced cost providers.
We also work to destigmatize mental health needs and seeking care for all through online content, events, and art-based programs which incorporate therapists and therapeutic modalities. Our in-person, community building events are designed to help reduce social isolation and loneliness.
