The mission of Socrates Foundation is to support the Socrates Academy, Inc.
charter school, to act as the fundraising arm of the Socrates Academy. All
programs, projects and activities funded through the Foundation shall be used to
enhance the Academy's educational programs and will be in alignment with its
strategic plan, mission statement, goals, and budget considerations.
Socrates Academy is a shining example of how the public/private hybrid model of Charter Schools can be a solution to current struggles within our education system. The Academy’s overall mission and community, with its roots firmly planted in Greek Culture, Language, Traditions and Values has created a place where children thrive and grow to become the future leaders and community members that this world so desperately needs.
