Lisa joined the Center in April 2021 as chief learning officer. She previously served as chief program officer for Passage Home, where she began as a program manager in 1995. Her leadership helped Passage Home develop a strong reputation for delivering high quality programs and services to those who are homeless – especially veterans – have a felony background, and have poor or no credit, and consistently renew federal grants for more than 20 years to support these programs. She also helped develop and manage a highly successful NC reentry program for formerly incarcerated women with children. She is a Certified ROMA (Results Oriented Management & Accountability) trainer and has consistently helped her team and other community action agencies improve and achieve all stated outcomes. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys fitness routines and spending time at the beach.
