Chamlee McGuire is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Heightened Development, bringing 30 years of experience in the nonprofit sector—first as an organizational leader, and now as a trusted advisor to those leading change. She helps nonprofit leaders clarify their vision and take practical steps toward greater impact.
Before launching Heightened Development in 2019, Chamlee served as CEO of Hope Center for Children for 12 years. There, she led a successful merger, launched new initiatives, strengthened board governance, and expanded funding—all of which inform her hands-on approach today.
