The Foundation Operations Coordinator performs the operational, financial, and scholarship functions that power the Foundation’s work. This role manages the Foundation’s scholarship program, including direct support to students applying for scholarships, maintains accurate scholarship records, and ensures equitable and efficient program administration. The Foundation Operations Coordinator manages essential financial processes, ensures the integrity of donor and scholarship data, and supports fundraising initiatives. As part of the Foundation team within the President’s Office, the Foundation Operations Coordinator provides backup executive administrative support to the Office of the President, ensuring operational continuity and a professional office environment. This role reports to the Executive Director of Advancement.

Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, increasing levels of responsibility in program support, and experience in fundraising, student services, donor relations, or related fields.
