The Director of Tutoring & Summer Programs leads the strategy, growth, and execution of all tutoring and summer programming while serving as a member of the organization’s Strategic Steering Committee leadership team. This role is responsible for building high-quality, sustainable programs that meet student needs while expanding enrollment, strengthening family engagement, and supporting high-quality programming. The Director oversees program design, staffing, operations, and continuous improvement, ensuring a strong and consistent experience for students, families, and instructors/tutors.
