PCGH is a non-profit agency that has provided services to those with intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD) and to those with traumatic brain injury since 1975. The agency also provides affordable housing for those with mental or physical disabilities and day programing for seniors and those with IDD. PCGH is dedicated to enhancing lives while promoting independence and ensuring our clients are a vital part of their community.
