HR and operations consulting. Strategy and design across the full employee lifecycle: hiring and onboarding, learning and development, performance management, workforce planning, compensation and total rewards, organizational design, HR technology selection and integration, and succession planning. We also strengthen the processes and systems that support the work, so the structure holds after the engagement ends.
