  • Track and evaluate fundraising performance and use data to refine donor recruitment, engagement, retention, and fundraising strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 3–5 years of relevant nonprofit fundraising experience. Strong writing, editing, storytelling, organizational, and project-management skills are essential. Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines while working collaboratively with staff, volunteers, donors, and community partners.

Experience with donor relationship management systems and fundraising platforms is preferred, with Bloomerang experience a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong attention to detail are also required.
