  • More Than Numbers: A Guide toward Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in Demographic Data Collection outlines best practices and provides recommendations for inclusive and respectful demographic data collection by organizations. "Collecting data is about more than just numbers: It is an opportunity to listen and understand the stories and experiences of the individuals we seek to serve."
