About the Presenters:

Courtney Dean brings over 25 years of experience in the investment management industry to her role as a Nonprofit Investment Advisor, developing investment strategies, managing portfolios, and working closely with investment committees and boards. She is an active member of the eCIO Investment Committee and also serves as Chief Revenue Officer, leading client acquisition and retention efforts. 

Matthew Machacek brings over 14 years of experience in marketing, web development and account management to his role as Director of Marketing. At eCIO he helps nonprofit leaders connect with the insights, tools, and resources they need to strengthen governance and investment outcomes, while leading efforts to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and company growth.
