For most of his career he has been leading teams of experience designers. He spent 10 years leading a product management team, working in investments and wealth management, which included responsibility for the Adobe Analytics platform. He is an avid consumer of and proponent for digital analytics, and how to use them to make informed decisions about products and designs.
