How To Create a Monthly Donor Stewardship and Retention Roadmap

No matter the size of your organization, you will benefit from monthly donors, a way of giving that has become popular with donors of all ages and backgrounds. In this interactive workshop, you’ll discover proven approaches and new ideas for onboarding, thanking, cultivating, stewarding, retaining, and recapturing your monthly donors.

During this workshop, you will create:

• Your monthly donor stewardship roadmap
• Your annual plan to steward, cultivate, ask for extra gifts and upgrade monthly donors 
• Your current monthly donor retention process map
• Your plan to identify types of ‘cancels’ and ways to track your monthly donor retention  
• Your new monthly donor retention roadmap

This workshop is aimed at fundraisers and organizations that have at least some monthly donors, including if:

• You are new to measuring and marketing your nonprofit’s impact
• Your organization has little to no impact metrics
• You have impact metrics but don't know how to report this information to donors and other stakeholders

Participants can earn 2 CFRE credits.
