National Voter Registration Day on September 15 was only the beginning. Once voters are registered, the next challenge is making sure they have the information, confidence, and plan they need to actually participate. It’s Time to Get #VoteReady is a two-part webinar series designed to help nonprofits and community organizations guide voters from registration all the way to the ballot box.
Part 2: GOTV shifts from information to action. With Election Day approaching, organizations will learn how to build an effective, nonpartisan Get Out the Vote strategy that motivates people to follow through on their voting plans. We’ll cover timely reminders, relational outreach, volunteer engagement, digital and in-person tactics, early voting promotion, overcoming common barriers, and creating a sense of momentum around participation.
