Level Up Board Workshop

Develop a more impactful nonprofit board with Funding for Good (FFG) during this in-depth workshop designed to simplify goal-setting and accountability processes for nonprofit board leaders.

FFG's experience and research has identified four of the most common barriers to board success:

• Lack of clarity around the board’s roles and responsibilities
• Inability to define “what measurable success looks like at the governance level vs. operational level”
• Inconsistent or ineffective accountability processes
• Limited capacity to create or implement resources needed for ongoing success and sustainability

This workshop helps boards overcome those challenges with best practices and ready-to-use templates to share at the next board meeting. We’ll cover:
