Your organization's programming should drive your space decisions, not the other way around. Join this expert-led discussion tailored to nonprofit leaders navigating program changes, space acquisition, or long-term planning.
This session will introduce a practical framework for understanding space through three critical perspectives: physical, financial, and organizational. Together, we’ll explore the process of converting program needs into actionable space strategies - whether that’s leasing, purchasing, or reconfiguring existing space - while being mindful of budget and gathering consensus among decision-makers.
Real estate can be a powerful tool for essential work, but not every space will serve your mission. Using real-world examples, our experts will demonstrate how to keep your mission at the center of every real estate decision.
