The funding landscape for nonprofits is tough right now. If you're working in criminal justice reform or advocacy, we know you're feeling it. Funders are shifting priorities, budgets are tight, and it's hard to know where to focus your limited time and development resources.
In this workshop, we will pull back the curtain on how funders decide what to fund, and how you can apply that to your development strategy. Come learn what's worth your time, what funders respond to, and how to sharpen what you're already doing so it lands.
You'll walk away with practical tools to:
- Sharpen your organizational story, message, and pitch
- Build and strengthen funder relationships
- Tailor your message to different donor audiences
- Create compelling, donor-ready collateral
