  • Camp Patriot Animal Rescue & Sanctuary exists to protect, restore, and repurpose the lives of at-risk animals while strengthening the communities we serve. We operate as a regional hub for large-breed rescue, animal food security, purposeful training, youth development, and crisis response. Our mission is to save lives, stabilize overwhelmed shelters, equip families and partner rescues, and give every animal a chance at a future filled with purpose, safety, and dignity.

  • Our mission is to rescue Boston Terriers who have been surrendered or neglected and provide them with the care, rehabilitation, and love they need to heal and thrive. Through comprehensive medical treatment, behavioral support, and patient compassion, we work to restore each dog’s health, confidence, and trust. We are dedicated to finding safe, permanent, and loving homes for every Boston Terrier we serve, while promoting responsible ownership and lifelong commitment to the breed.

  • Miles to Go is dedicated to saving neonatal orphan kittens who require intensive care, kittens who are likely to be euthanized at many shelters and whose care is beyond the scope of many fosters. We are committed to providing a safe, loving environment and the socialization required for kittens to grow and thrive.

  • Our Mission is to reduce the population of community cats through a monthly spay/neuter clinic and voucher program. We strongly believe that every life matters and to that end, TNVR is the most humane method of controlling community cat populations. All Clinic Graduates are sterilized, ear cropped and vaccinated for both the sake of the cat and public health. We believe that education is an important part of any program and we encourage our communities to learn about the plight and the triumphs of community cats in their backyard.

  • The Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation Center's Mission is:
    ~ To conserve and protect all species of marine turtles, both in the water and on the beach;
    ~ To rescue, rehabilitate, and release sick and injured sea turtles;
    ~ To inform and educate the public regarding the plight of all sea turtles and the threat of their extinction; and
    ~ To provide an experiential learning site for students of biology, wildlife conservation, and/or veterinary medicine from around the world.

  • Fur and Floss is a nonprofit veterinary dental organization dedicated to improving animal welfare by providing accessible, high-quality dental care to shelter animals and underserved pets, while advancing education, prevention, and compassionate standards of care in veterinary dentistry.

  • Small Wonders Animal Society is dedicated to reducing shelter intake and improving the lives of cats and dogs in underserved communities across North Carolina and beyond. We provide support for essential medical care and spay/neuter services in addition to pet food and other critical pet supplies to families in need, helping to ensure no animal is denied care or removed from a loving family due to financial hardship.

  • Homeward Bound Guesthouse, Inc. strengthens communities by reducing shelter overcrowding and advancing animal welfare through education, outreach, and hands-on fostering experiences. We provide a unique guesthouse environment where foster dogs receive care and training while individuals, families, and youth learn the responsibilities and rewards of fostering. Through school programs, community workshops, and immersive guest experiences, we inspire compassion, build knowledge, and create pathways for more people to participate in fostering and adoption.
