Helpful Hands & Hearts, Inc. (“HHH”) is a 501(c) 3 that serves the elderly within the 5 County Lake Gaston region (Halifax, Northampton, + Warren in NC and Brunswick + Mecklenburg in VA) by providing ADA compliant access ramps, transportation, and more recently, additional mobility aids. Our Mission is to help everyday people, regardless of their means, overcome access and transportation challenges
