In this collaborative learning pilot program, you’ll learn a practical skill and create a tangible product you can use right away alongside peers in similar roles who get it.

Join us  February 16 through March 13, 2026 online for one of three pilot cohorts: First-Time Executive Directors; First-Time Board Member; First-Time Fundraising Staff.

Participants who match these roles and confirm they can be engaged during the 4-week timeline will be approved on a first come basis. Limited space available. Click below to learn more and apply by January 29. Participants will be notified the first week of February.
